Projects include Fire Stations, Community Centers, Recreation Centers, Resource Centers
Rodeo Grounds, Senior Housing and Apartment Buildings.

The Almanor Recreation Center Located in Chester, CA adjacent to the Baseball Field is part of planned recreation zone. The project budget was minimal at best considering the multiple goals the Center was to provide to the Community. Since the opening in June 2011 the building is booked every week.

The Cy Hall Museum in Greenville, CA is an Historic Restoration and Rejuvenation Project. The building had been unused for decades. The Project involved Accessibility issues, Structural modifications, aminiscule budget and the reuse of most original materials such as the douglas fir flooring, and siding. The exterior and interior doors were hand made from original wood found in the building.
Chester Community Services District & Fire Department, Chester, Ca. This is a change in occupancy and alterations to an existing hanger and manufacturing structure located adjacent to Roger Field Airport. The Chester Fire Dept. required seismic upgrades in addition to all the specialized criteria demanded by 24 hr fire operations.

The Taylorsville Rodeo Grounds is a Plumas County Magnet for the Rodeo Community. The facility was in desparate need of ADA Accessibility Upgrades. BSA provide the design of those elements to Plumas County as a donation of Community Service.

Several of the amenities required of Assisted Living were converted or replaced to enhance the desirability of new apartments.
